SLIM METABOLIC (VOLUME 1) A 15-minute workout that will activate accelerated fat burning in your body and promote a physical quality that will define your body. There are 10 workouts for you to do over a 30-day period. SUGGESTED PERIODIZATION FOR YOU TO DO THROUGHOUT THE MONTH: Weeks 1 and 2: Workouts 1 to 5, Monday to Friday. If you choose to train on Saturday, choose a workout you like best. Remember: if you are sedentary and overweight, you can adapt the movements as indicated by the trainer, but if there is no need, train normally without adaptation. Weeks 2 and 3: 6 to 10 workouts, Monday to Friday. If you choose to train on Saturday, choose a workout you enjoy most.
