SHAPEADA SLIM (VOLUME 1) A rhythmic workout that melts body fat and defines your body in just 40 minutes of daily training. There are 8 workouts to melt fat and 4 workouts to define arms and legs for you to train over a 30-day period. SUGGESTED PERIODIZATION FOR YOU TO FOLLOW THROUGHOUT THE MONTH: Weeks 1 and 2: Cardio only, Monday to Friday, to reduce body weight in the first week. Remember: if you are sedentary and overweight, you can do adapted movements, as shown in the adapted movements video. But if there is no need, train normally without adaptations. Weeks 2 and 3: MONDAY cardio TUESDAY legs and arms WEDNESDAY cardio THURSDAY legs and arms FRIDAY cardio and plus SATURDAY optional (you can train or not, if you choose to train, choose a workout of your preference)
